The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which M.IA SOLUCOES EM INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL LTDA maintains its registered place of business in Brazil, for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably between the parties. If you are accessing the Site from outside Brazil, you do so voluntarily and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in your own jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to make a genuine good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending a written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought to the contact address specified in Section 11 of these Terms.

M.IA reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or best practices in the technology and artificial intelligence sector. Such changes take effect as soon as the updated Terms are published on the Site.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. We will make reasonable efforts to highlight material changes — for example, by updating the date prominently — but we are not obligated to provide individual notification to Site visitors.
